Tanna Faulkner, DCI Consultant, is a tireless innovator who knows the banking industry inside and out, as she has long been trailblazing it. Her dedication to championing community banks is personal and second to none. As the former Senior Vice President of Sales and Digital Channels for DCI, she led strategic initiatives designed to expand the company’s footprint in new digital banking solutions beyond its award-winning iCore360® core software and iCoreGo® digital banking suite. Faulkner joined DCI in 1998 as an account manager and within months transitioned into new-client sales where she started generating record results and expanding DCI to markets as far west as California. She was then named Vice President of Sales, building a broad national client base for DCI, with lucrative third-party relationships, setting the then-highest sales records in the company’s history. In 2007, Faulkner left DCI and spent the next 11 years successfully broadening her expertise in other areas of bank technology sales, research and consulting. Returning to DCI in 2018, she leveraged her extensive knowledge and experience to help DCI lead the digital curve. Focusing on initiatives like side core partnerships to make Fintech more accessible for community banks, she continued to drive clients’ competitive edge and customer prosperity, until her retirement in early 2025.
