# Michael Miller Recipient of 2025 Nation Meyer Innovative Banker Award

**HUTCHINSON, KAN., May 7, 2025** – DCI, the privately-owned developer of core processing, digital banking, and fintech processing solutions, named Michael Miller, President and CEO of Integrity Bank, Fowler, Kansas, the recipient of the 12th annual Nation Meyer Innovative Banker Award.
The annual award recognizes a DCI banker for their contribution toward the betterment of banking for their community, the DCI family of banks and the industry as a whole, in honor of the company’s founder, Nation Meyer, and his legacy of innovative vision in banking technology and community collaboration that founded DCI in 1963. Miller was selected from nominations submitted by DCI bankers and received a custom award and $1,000 cash in a public ceremony at the DCI 2025 Annual Bankers Conference in Kansas City last month.
Miller was nominated by coworkers, who stated, ”Our bank has undergone a complete transformation under Mike’s guidance. He assumed leadership of the bank in 2020, during a time when significant change and innovation were critical to the success of our institution.”
They went on to say, ” Mike spearheaded a comprehensive review and revision of nearly all the bank's policies and procedures. These changes have redefined how our bank operates. This has impacted both our employees and our customers. Our customers, who once felt our bank was ‘behind the times,’ now express amazement at the services we provide. Many have remarked that they never imagined our small community bank could deliver the same advanced offerings as big city banks. We have many customers who have moved from the area and proudly let us know ‘this is why I still bank here!’ This progress is a testament to Mike’s vision and relentless drive to provide the best for our customers.”
They added, “Mike is not only active in the operations of our bank but also unwaveringly committed to meeting the needs of our community. Mike is always the first to step forward. He’s quick to say, ‘Bring them in’ or ‘Let’s see what we can do,’ exemplifying his dedication to making a positive impact inside and outside of the bank.”
