Carter joins the DCI team with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including a role as Senior Director of Customer Support. She has a proven track record for solving complex customer service issues, optimizing processes and procedures, and maximizing business objectives to the benefit of customers and staff alike.
Her responsibilities at DCI include management of the customer support, product implementations, and card services departments, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and streamlining workflows within those departments.
